Warranty period

Pursuant to the relevant regulations of the Hungarian Civil Code and to the provisions of Government Decree No. 117/1991 (IX.10.), we undertake a warranty period specified for each sort of product.

Should any purchased fishing tackle become defective within the warranty period, please return it personally or by post to the address of TOP MIX (H-7200 Dombóvár, Ivanich u. 66., Phone: +36-20-2180-722) together with the receipt of your purchase. If the product is repairable, we will repair it at TOP MIX Service Station within the shortest time possible and return it to you. If the product is not repairable, we will send you a new product. If, in the meantime, we have run out of identical products and they are no longer available, you will get a refund or fishing tackle of similar category, with value adjustment as necessary, as you request. For any damage resulting from inappropriate use, the Customer shall be fully responsible.
