Delivery method of products

The TOP MIX Internet Store is aiming at providing the best possible delivery conditions to its customers. Thus, in Hungary, we have GLS Speed Courier Service to deliver the ordered goods to your delivery address. Yoi needn’t make a step to receive the goods, since the employees of the Service will contact you, deliver the goods to your hands, and they also collect the price of the goods from you.

With the help of the table below, you will be able to calculate the transportation cost of your goods (the prices indicated include VAT):

So, for example, if your parcel weighs a total of 12 kg and has a goods value of HUF 28,700, your delivery cost is HUF 1353 + HUF 729 = HUF 2082 Ft

Packaging and fragile par5cel treatment is free of charge for you – the cost of these services is borne by TOP MIX.

The above costs refer to transport destinations in Hungary only. Transportation costs for foreign delivery destinations are calculated individually at all times.

Packaging cost

Our products are packed into carton boxes of a size appropriate to your consignment. The packaging cost is included in the price of the products, no costs will occur on your side.

Personal Pick-Up of Goods

You can save THE WHOLE of the packaging and transportation cost by taking over the goods personally in our shop in Paks or in Kaposvár during normal working hours. In this case, packaging and delivery will be absolutely FREE OF CHARGE. If you choose this solution, you can pick up your parcel following a communication with our Customer Service (on the phone or per e-mail). We retain parcels not taken over for up to 10 days, During this time, a member of our staff will try to contact you per e-mail or on the phone several times. After the elapse of this 10-day period your order will be cancelled.

Delivery times

Primariur webstore offers exclusively TOP MIX products. The majority of the products is constantly available from stock. The average delivery time is 5 to 7 working days If this is not possible, our Customer Service will notify you which of the products causes the delay. In such a case, you have two options: you either instruct us to cancel the missing item from your order or you can choose another, similar product to replace the missing item.

Payment Method

You receive your parcels against cash on delivery (COD). You are to pay the entire amount to GLS, who will hand over the parcel with your products to you after receiving the cah payment.
