Browsing of TOP MIX products and in the webshop
You can browse our pages as you like, you can get acquainted with our firm, activities, our team, products and prices without revealing your identity; you can get to know all details without having to register. For easier identification, we classified our products into main product categories. You can find the individual products in sub-categories within each main category. „All prices are indicated in gross, i.e. inclusive of VAT. By clicking on a product name, you will get to the description page of that product, where, besides a detailed product description, you can find a photo of the particular product. When clicking on a photo, you can view it in large size.
Search
If you cannot find a product you require, please use our search engine. Enter a word or a part of a word in the name or description of the product you are searching for in the PRODUCT SEARCH field at the top centre of the screen. Click on the Search button and, as a result of the search, all products in the name or description of which the word or word fraction you entered will appear. By clicking on these, you will get to the desired product. You can search for products by categories and sub-categories as well.
Registration
In order to be able to shop in our webstore (and to be able to give your comments in the forum, place ads or play), you must register first. When you click on "Registration" in the "Login" menu, the "User Registration" window will appear. You must enter your true data here.
Your Usename must be your real or nickname that has not been used by any other User of ours yet. The same Username wick appear every time when you log in to the forum. The Username must not contain accented letters, the minimum and maximum number of characters used must be 3 and 16, respectively. Your username can contain any letter or number.
Your password is a confidential identification code required for further registration. Your password must not contain accented letters, and must have a length of 5 characters as a minimum. This can be any letter or number. Should you forget your password, we will send it to you per e-mail.
You must give your e-mail address as well. Please give a valid, existing e-mail address, for your own interest! The confirmation code required for the first login will be sent to this address.
After your registration, we will send an activating e-mail to your e-mail address. By clicking on the link contained in this e-mail, you can activate your user box. This operation will later not be required. Later on, you will only have to enter your username and password.
Shopping in the webstore
If you wish to buy the selected product, you can initiate the purchase by clicking on the "Into the keeping net" button. Please note that there are several options to choose from beside the name of a product, such as flavour, colour, size, etc. Please remember to select these options as well! Having put such desired products you’re your keeping net, you can continue shopping. You can overwrite or modify the quantity of products as you like. The default product quantity is 1 piece.
Contents of the "keeping net"
The contents of the keeping net will appear every time you add a product. In the window "Contents of the keeping net", you can keep track of goods selected an the current order amount even while browsing. The contents can be modified or deleted as you require. You can place products of unlimited quantity into your keeping net during one shopping session. Having finished browsing, you must click on the "Order" button. Your order WILL NOT be processed until you have entered customer data. Please enter the delivery address accurately and it is extremely important that you enter a mobile phone number at which you are available in daytime. We will send you an itemized invoice on the products despatched, on which customer address will be the same as the delivery address. If the delivery address and the customer’s address is not the same, please fill in the billing details as well. In this case, the invoice will bear the data entered here.
Minimum order amount
So as to avoid unreasonably high transportation costs, the minimum order amount is HUF 2,000.00. Consignments under this value will not be despatched. There is no maximum order amount.
Acceptance of purchase orders
Our system will notify you in an e-mail of the placement and the acceptance of your order. If we have any questions regarding the delivery of the ordered items, (such as if we do not have a particular product on stock, or if a size or colour that you selected is not currently available) a member of our staff will contact you on the phone number you provided.
You can also place your orders with the Mail Delivery Service of our Webshop in the following conventional way as well:
- You can palace orders via electronic mails sent to , in which you provide all information required for the fulfilment of your order: the customer’s name, billing address, exact delivery address (street, house number, city/town, postcode), a phone number oat which a member of our staff can contact you regarding the order (if one or more of the ordered products is not available at all or not in the size, colour or taste, etc. you require). In order to avoid any misunderstanding, we confirm all purchase orders received per e-mail on the phone number given, so if no phone number is given in the order or the customer is not available on the given number, we will regard such an order as null and void.
- We also accept orders on +36-20-2180 722 on workdays, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- We also accept orders on our fax number +36-74-463 667. The same conditions apply to this order method as to orders placed per e-mail.
